Frontiers of Europe - A Transatlantic Problem?

Now that the Lisbon Treaty has been finalized and signed, the next hot item on the European agenda is enlargement of the European Union. The larger question underlying this debate is where Europe ends. In Frontiers of Europe, an international cast of experts and policymakers examine the EU's prospective frontiers from new perspectives. Who's in, and who's out?
