Legal Aspects of EU Energy Regulation

This book provides comprehensive coverage of EU energy law in practice, evaluating the effectiveness of the Third Energy Package, the rise and importance of national and EU renewable energy measures in electricity markets, interconnection and infrastructure aspects of the electricity and gas markets. The national reports take into account the legal and institutional diversity among the Member States, drawing on the experience of prominent energy lawyers to provide analyses of their own national experiences.
